RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for Store Credit or Exchange Only. No refunds.

Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Socks
• Bodysuits
• Gift Items (including purses, hats, tumblers, mugs, candles, seasonal décor, and similar merchandise)
• Sale & Clearance Items
• Gift Cards

EXCHANGES

Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit once approved and received.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
