Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Bella & Bloom Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help you locate your package and file a claim when applicable.
